Go-Getta CIC employs a team of dedicated, qualified, trained and highly experienced Project Managers and Youth Engagement Workers. Each member of the team brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our organisation, having forged careers in a wide range of settings and professions, including Teaching, SEND, Drug & Alcohol Counselling, Psychotherapy, Residential Care, Youth Hostels, Nursing, Youth Offending and Social Care.
Our team has extensive experience in working with young people from diverse backgrounds including high-risk young offenders, children in care, homeless young people, young parents, young people with disability issues including complex mental health and learning needs, young people with Neurodiverse conditions, refugee and asylum seeking children, and young people with substance misuse issues. We have supported particularly vulnerable young people experiencing a wide range of emotional and social difficulties including issues around child criminal exploitation, child sexual exploitation, domestic abuse, parental substance abuse, bereavement, and parental mental health and imprisonment.
