Utilising the concept of 'Mind & Body gym’, our provision offers young people therapeutic support through Mindfulness, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-focused therapy and person-centred counselling alongside healthy cooking, sports and fitness. Sessions can also include spoken word, work with animals and arts. Our key aims through our provision are to support young people to develop confidence, resilience, improved ability to self-regulate difficult emotions and lessen behaviours that can further impact on their education and transition into adulthood.
