Youth Wellbeing Project - outreach and virtual youth work across Leicestershire

We have been really fortunate to have received support from Leicestershire County Council, LLR Community Foundation, the Police & Crime Commissioner / Violence Reduction Network, Leicestershire & Rutland Sport to deliver the Youth Wellbeing project over the last few months that has enabled our workers to go out into communities and spaces such as parks and streets, to engage young people in the project and provide them with free resources and support; something that's been welcomed by young people and families!

So far, we have given out hundreds of wellbeing kits packed with freebies to bring a little positivity to young people's lives during what is a strange and difficult time.

A HUGE THANK YOU to the hundreds of parents and young people who have engaged with and supported the project by requesting kits, providing us feedback and providing us with the basic data we need to evidence the difference projects such as this make.

We have a few more weeks of the Youth Wellbeing Project and many more Wellbeing kits remaining available.

If you are a professional, parent/carer, or indeed a young person aged 8-19yrs that would like one of our kits or to access any support from our team, please get in touch!
